Ignore the exterior look of this place, otherwise, you may never enter and experience truly wonderful cooking combined with excellent service. Always busy, and for good reason, the Oryz is our preferred place for breakfast in Hemet, CA. Their omelettes are large, fluffy, and incredibly tasty. I love their decaf coffee. Pricing is fair and reasonable.

Great place with a lot of choices to choose from. Food is great and prices are great for the amount of food you get. Only down side is that it is usually packed with about 5 to 10 minute wait time before you even get to order. But if you can wait that time it's a great place to eat with friendly staff.

This place ROCKS! Food is great service is great! This place is always busy so you may have to wait for a table.

I've been there many times now, and have always been served very tasty food, I personally recommend the stake ranchero. That being said, the place is moderately priced, the stakes plates are priced roughly around $12. And they are goodies steaks very tender with a lot of flavor. On weekends the place is packed with locals who are trying to keep this place a secret. I recommend going during the week when it's not so busy. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner you will be happy. Great place to get Mexican and American foods. The service is awesome and friendly. Family owned and operated, and very good prices and huge portions. I have been going here for years with my family and friends, and I will continue to eat here and recommend it to everyone I know.

Friendly service. Delicious food. Good prices. This is my 2nd time coming to this restaurant. The 1st was sooo good. I just had to bring my mom. In fact my daughter introduced me to it because her friend brought her to this restaurant and she loved it. It is kind of small. Not alot of parking. Closes at 2pm

Food is delicious!!! Everyone is friendly. It is a pretty small place so they get pretty packed.you might have to wait a bit to be seated but well worth the wait. I highly recommend the Chili Colorado and chips and salsa.

Been coming to Oryz Cafe for a while now, every visit is excellent! Portion sizes are HUGE! The servers here are incredibly hard-working, down-to-earth people and the service is always on point. The only downside is that they're so popular that sometimes you have to wait for a table to open up, but it's truly worth the wait! Very cozy Mom-and-Pop diner feel, lots of bustling cafe noise but that really only adds to the coziness. Overall, great food, great prices, and great ambiance!

Oryz was amazing! All the food was hot and fresh full of the perfect amount of flavor. The place was very clean and the service was Great. Pricing is very reasonable and the overall environment was warm, welcoming and family oriented. I have wanted to eat here before in the past but never had time to wait (place is always packed), it is well worth the short wait! I will be frequenting Oryz for breakfast and lunch. Hats off to a fabulous family owned local restaurant with amazing tasty homemade meals to die for!!!!

Food is always amazing.i have a few must haves I recommend the menudo , the chili Colorado omelet, and Lucy's sandwich. Big portions always busy, open from 6am to 2pm. And anything you pick is never wrong.
